What do I need to do as HR?
Very little: we take care of the whole process. We design the survey with you, prepare the internal communication so the whole team takes part, analyze the results and deliver the report and the action plan. You validate and decide.
Is the survey really anonymous?
Yes. We are an independent third party, results are always shown in aggregate and we never show data for groups of fewer than 6 people: if a department is smaller, we group it with another one to protect every individual.
What size of company is Climind for?
We work with organizations from 10 people up to large companies and multinationals. We adapt the model, the survey and the number of surveys to each case.
How does the team answer?
On a computer or in the Climind app for iOS and Android, in a few minutes and with your company’s branding. It’s 20 to 35 questions on a 1-to-6 scale, plus engagement questions and space for open comments.
What do I get when the survey closes?
Access to the dashboard with results by dimension, question and department, with filters by area, role, gender and tenure. And a report with an executive summary, engagement level, dimension map, strengths, critical areas and comment analysis, together with a 90-day action plan.
How often do you measure?
The usual approach is to start with one survey and then measure once, twice or up to four times a year, depending on the size of the company and what it wants to achieve.
What is the Climind Real Impact certificate?
It’s the recognition for companies that show a real improvement in their workplace climate in the next survey. It comes at no extra cost and is delivered as a physical certificate and as a digital seal for your website.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of people and how many surveys you want to run each year. That’s why we don’t publish prices: on a call we look at your case and send you a tailored proposal.
